- Yoga Instructor.
Location :
- Yoga sessions are held at Barksdale Air Force Base, Louisiana, 2d FSS Fitness Center Schedule: 4 Yoga classes per week are required.
These classes are also scheduled within the general operation hours of Monday through Friday, 06:
- 00 to 18:00.
Duties :
- As a Yoga instructor, you will guide participants through yoga practices focused on flexibility, strength, and mental relaxation.
- Lead sessions that incorporate various yoga poses, breathing techniques, and meditation practices.
- Provide modifications and adjustments to ensure all participants, regardless of skill level, can follow along safely.
- Create a calm and welcoming environment conducive to physical and mental wellness.
- Emphasize proper form and alignment to prevent injury.
