Youth Development & Wellbeing Facilitator

Ymcasc is seeking a full-time youth development professional in Ashburton to establish a new youth pathways programme. You will build meaningful relationships with young people ('taiohi'), supporting their growth and wellbeing.

Key responsibilities include designing group programmes that foster creativity and resilience, as well as mentoring individuals through challenges. Candidates must have relevant qualifications and experience working with young people and their families, along with strong communication skills.
