Job Description
The Henry & Rilla White Youth Foundation, a non-profit human services organization, is seeking a masters-level clinician to work in the Department of Juvenile Justice referred youth in Circuit 5, serving Citrus, Hernando, lake , Marion, and Sumter counties.
The position is for a contract employee to complete intake and a diagnostic mental health evaluation for youth ages 13-19 currently on probation from the Department of Juvenile Justice.
Intake and Evaluation Process
Referrals will be issued by Foundation staff to clinician
Schedule intake session to complete consent paperwork, screening assessment, and Bio-Psychosocial
Complete Evaluation Report (Template provided) and submit to Clinical Director within 10 days of receipt of referral.
Compensation: Fee for Service arrangement and will be negotiated based off experience.
