- Supporting and understanding a caseload of youth's barriers
- Engage with young people in the local community to attract eligible participants
- Attend local secondary schools to provide information to staff and students
- Creating and sourcing education and employment opportunities
- Supporting clients to identify their skills and abilities
- Conduct, create, tailor, and implement an individual service plan
- Building sustainable and long-lasting relationships with local employers, registered training organisations and community organisations
