Salary: $76,376 - $88,099 pa plus super

We’re looking for a passionate and resilient Youth Mentor Worker to support vulnerable and at-risk young people to build confidence, life skills, work readiness and positive futures.
This is a hands-on role for someone who can build trust, provide guidance and help create positive pathways for young people who may be disengaged from school or facing complex barriers.
You’ll bring patience, humour, structure and strong relationship-building skills, along with the ability to engage young people through practical activities and supportive mentoring.
