Youth Ministry & Church Outreach Lead

CHARIS METHODIST CHURCH is seeking a dedicated individual to lead and oversee the Youth Ministry, focusing on the XS (ages 17-22) and JXS (ages 13-16) youth groups. This role includes mentoring youth and managing various church and conference ministry efforts.

The ideal candidate will possess a recognized theological degree or show commitment to pursuing theological training. Experience in youth work within a church environment and a passion for outreach and evangelism are essential.
