Job Description
Job Purpose
To provide close supervision and accountability of residents, ensuring the residents’ well-being is taken care of during the day-to-day interactions.
Job Responsibilities- To be attentive and look into the well-being of residents by being available and to be accountable for the residents’ whereabouts when on duty.
- To provide close supervision and maintain the discipline of the residents in accordance with the daily programme.
- To motivate and actively engage residents to participate in the BT/daily programme.
- To monitor the sick residents’ condition on a regular basis.
- To carry out any administrative work (timely and accurate events as in Duty Officer’s reports).
- To ensure that the Operations Centre is operational and ready for the next Duty Officer.
