Job Description
Responsibilities
- Student Engagement & Programme Facilitation
- Plan and conduct daily engagement activities for students who remain in school after lessons.
- Facilitate enrichment activities, games, and values‑based discussions to strengthen character development.
- Develop programmes that teach life skills such as emotional regulation, communication, problem‑solving, and resilience.
- Provide a safe, supervised, and supportive environment for students during the afternoon period.
- Socio‑Emotional Support & Guidance
- Build positive, trusting relationships with students.
- Offer active listening, mentoring, and age‑appropriate counselling support.
- Guide students through personal, social, and behavioural challenges.
- Identify early warning signs of emotional or behavioural concerns and escalates them appropriately.
- Collaboration with School Personnel
