Job Description
Responsibilities
- Conduct physical and cyber outreach through digital media and online platforms
- Build developmental relationships through engagement during drop-in and digital drifting
- Deliver casework and supportive counselling to youths and collaborate with community partners to ensure youths are supported through multidisciplinary teams.
- Provide online chat to youths to offer supportive counselling and emotional support on Tinkle Friend online chat and other digital platforms.
- Plan and create social media contents to facilitate outreach and social media strategies
- Design groupwork programme that are based on literature and research articles
- Conduct preventive screening and mental health check-in session
- Diploma in Social Work, Youth Work, Psychology, or Counselling
- Relevant work experience with children and youths preferred
