Your Mission: Day to Day Responsibilities
Design high-converting YouTube thumbnails tailored to different clients and content styles
Translate video concepts into bold, instantly understandable visuals
Use facial expressions, contrast, and composition to drive urgency, curiosity, or excitement
Adapt to various brand aesthetics while maintaining strong performance principles
Keep designs clean, high-impact, and mobile-friendly
Make intentional design choices around layout, hierarchy, and color
Provide a short rationale (3–6 sentences) explaining your concept and creative decisions
