Job Description
Accounts Executive (Full set)
Location: Defu Lane (Near Kovan MRT)
Working Days: Monday - Friday
Working Hours: 8:30am - 5:30pm
Salary: Up to $3400
Responsibilities- Responsible for maintaining full set of accounts (AR, AP & GL) and audit schedules
- Quarterly GST preparation
- Housekeeping and filing of finance documents
- Perform month‑end closing for financial reporting within timeline
- In charge of stock take and resolve any inventory discrepancies
- Any other ad‑hoc responsibilities assigned by the management, if any
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent, with at least 2 years of experience in keeping full set of accounts
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
