Reporting to SD / GENERAL Manager

Is responsible for the commercial identity of the store.

Analysis the performance of the store/department (Clothes, Tempe and Perfumes) in order to ensure the achievement of sales targets, using the appropriate analysis tools and planning the correct strategy.

COMMERCIAL PERFORMANCE AND ANALYSIS

• Analyze sales data for the Store and adjust strategies as necessary to maximise sales
• To plan the strategy for the store with the Store Director/General Manager on a weekly basis
• Oversee the store plan and layouts to enhance commercial strategy and optimise the customer shopping experience
• To work alongside the Regional and National Team ensuring that all Country strategies are implemented according to your customer profile by planning and organising workshops in store
