Operational Leadership:
Lead and oversee end-to-end logistics operations across all branches, hubs, warehouses, and distribution centers within the zone. Ensure achievement of service levels, turnaround times (TAT), delivery performance, and customer commitments. Drive operational excellence through process standardization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives. Monitor daily operational performance and implement corrective actions to address service gaps. Network & Distribution Management:
Manage transportation, fleet operations, route optimization, line-haul movements, and last-mile delivery performance.
